Added missing support for the syntax coloring of the external call Logtalk control construct, {}/1, to the Highlight package. Corrected a bug with 0'Char constants and with octal and hexadecimal escape sequences.

FIXED: Optimization bug in the compilation of a closure meta-argument when the resulting goal is a call to a Prolog :/2 control construct.

Updated Emacs support in order to fix problems with the syntax-coloring of some Logtalk built-in predicates and applied a patch contributed by Nicolas Pelletier to workaround a compatibility problem with XEmacs. This guide overviews how to install JPC, its drivers, compatible Prolog engines and examples. Updated description of patches needed for running Logtalk with XSB, added a shell script for easy integration of Logtalk with this Prolog compiler, and corrected a problem with its corresponding config file. Added a new compiler option, "reload", for defining the Logtalk behavior when reloading source files. Valid values are "always" (default value; defined in the config files) and "skip". ADDED: POSIX integration shell script and Windows integration shortcut for JIProlog. FIXED: Detection of variable file terms and reporting of the corresponding instantiation errors when processing include/1 directives. PowerPC / Darwin (Mac OS X) Added a "coinductive" predicate property.
